Beef Stew

Ingredients:

1 pound of ready beef stew cubes (you find them at the supermarket ready to cook, it is a really affordable meat)
1 cup of chopped onion
1 cup of celery (cut in slices)
2 cups of carrot (any way you like dices, big chunks)
1/2 cup of chopped red bell pepper
1 spoon of oil (I use olive oil)

a drizzle of regular mustard , 1 chopped garlic clove
Half spoon of beef base broth (It's a paste, and I use Better Than Bouillon brand)
3 red potato's cut each one in four pieces
If you have any red wine left overs, add a half cup

Preparation:
In a large pan put 1 spoon of olive oil, the beef stew cubes, the drizzle of mustard, add the wine (if you have it), when the beef is sealed add the chopped garlic, onion, celery, carrots, bell pepper and potato's. Let them cooked for 5 minutes, than add water until you cover the beef and all the ingredients. Put a lid and let it cook on low for three hours on your stove. If you have a crock pot it will take the same time. You don't have to do anything else just leave everything cooked....After the three hour period passes the beef will be very tender that you won't need a knife !

Enjoy it with white rice, a good wine and the best company: your family !

Note: do not serve wine for the kids!
