Tuna Rice

Tuna Rice (for 6 adults)

Ingredients
1 cup of celery finely chopped
1 cup of carrot finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
1 bell pepper finely chopped
2 green onions finely cut
2 garlic clove (mashed)
1/2 can of tomato paste
2 tuna cans in water
2 cups of rice
Olive oil
Salt
1 small jar of Green olives (optional)

Put all the finely cut vegetables in a pan and let them cooked for about 10 minutes until they look crystallize, add the tomato paste and 1/2 cup of water, salt, 2 mashed garlic clove and the 2 tuna cans. If you like olives then add the olives to the mix.

In another pan cook the rice as you always do. When the rice is cooked mix very well with the tuna with veggies that you previously did and enjoy it !
