Sweet Noodle Kugel (Jewish recipe)

Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 16 oz sour cream
- 4 oz butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 tea spoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 F, coat the inside of your baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
Cook noodles in a pot of boiling water according package directions, drain well.
Place noodles in a large bowl and toss with butter until melts, add sugar, sour cream, cream cheese, 4 eggs and 1 tea spoon vanilla.
Place noodle mixture in the prepare baking dish and bake at 350 F for 45 to 60 minutes, until the top of the Kugel is just starting to turn golden.

Kugel is a traditional Jewish Casserole. This is a side dish. You can pair it with sautéed sausages and some steamed vegetables.
