Avocado Chutney

Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup whole kernel corn
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons chopped oregano
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon Chile powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Peel and pit the avocado, then mash the avocado in a large bowl. Add the corn, onion, red bell pepper, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, lime juice, and seasonings. Mix well. Cover and chill.

Prepare this salsa as an appetizer.
