Honey and Mustard Baked Chicken

Ingredients:
- 8 chicken pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 tablespoons mild mustard
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons poppy seeds
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation:
Place the chicken pieces, skinless side down, on a large cookie sheet.
Place all the ingredients, except the poppy seeds, into a large bowl and blend together thoroughly.
Brush the mixture over the chicken portions.
Bake in the center of a preheat oven at 400 F for 15 minutes.
Carefully turn over the chicken pieces and coat the top side of the chicken with the remaining honey and mustard mixture.
Sprinkle the chicken with poppy seeds and return to the oven for a further 15 minutes.
Arrange the chicken on a large serving dish, pour over the cooking juices.
