Garlic Mash Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons low-fat unsweetened yogurt
- 4 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation:

Place the potatoes in a pan and add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook for 8-10 minutes, until tender. Drain.
Mash the potatoes. Add the garlic paste, yogurt, and parsley and blend thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
